MISS ME BUT LET ME GO

When I come to the end of the road
and the sun has set me free
I want no rites in a gloom filled room
why cry for a soul set free

Miss me a little, but not too long
and not with your head bowed low
remember the love that we once shared
miss me, but let me go

For this is a journey that we must all take
and each must go alone
it’s all a part of the masters plan
a step on the road to home

When you are lonely and sick at heart
go to the friends we know
and bury your sorrows in doing good deeds
Miss me, but let me go.

Condolences

To the Family of the Late Nora Marie (Currie) MacNamara: I am writing to express my sincere sympathy on the death of your loved one, Nora. Those whose lives she touched will not soon forget Nora’s contribution to the community. Words can never put into perspective the sorrow and emptiness that is suffered at such a loss as yours. I do hope your pain is eased somewhat by knowing that others too feel sadness and want to share that very heavy burden. My prayers are with you. Sincerely, Rodger Cuzner, M.P., Cape Breton-Canso
