To The Family of the Late William James Cook, I am writing to express my sincere sympathy on the death of your loved one, Bill. Those whose lives he touched will not soon forget Bill’s contribution to the community. Words can never put into perspective the sorrow and emptiness that is suffered at such a loss as yours. I do hope your pain is eased somewhat by knowing that others too feel sadness and want to share that very heavy burden. I will be thinking of you all in the days ahead. My prayers are with you. Sincerely, Rodger Cuzner, M.P., Cape Breton-Canso
